Per-GPU Latest Telemetry

Latest DCGM telemetry per GPU, optionally filtered by node hostname or switch. When available each GPU also carries xid_total (DCGM_EXP_XID_ERRORS_TOTAL), health_status (raw DCGM_EXP_GPU_HEALTH_STATUS), health_severity, health_category and a derived health label (pass/warn/fail, or unknown when the exporter emits no health series for that GPU); health_columns lists which exist.
