role'OWNER' | 'ADMIN' | 'MEMBER' | 'VIEWER' required

Membership role of a user within an organization.

Distinct from the dormant global UserRole (account-level template seam). OWNER ⊇ ADMIN plus exclusive actions (delete org, transfer ownership); those exclusive endpoints are enforced in A2. MEMBER = operational CRUD; VIEWER = read-only. Member name == value (UPPER) to match the project enum convention and the persisted DB labels.
