Update video privacy setting

Use this endpoint to update whether video can be played publicly, or if it requires a JWT to be played. Read more about it here: https://docs.fermion.app/docs/recorded-videos/embed-video

Authentication with the "FERMION-API-KEY" header is required to use this endpoint.

Rate limit: Maximum 60 requests in a window of 1m.
