Get Task Status

Poll async task status.

For environments where SSE isn't practical. Prefer GET /v1/notifications/stream for real-time updates or POST /v1/swap?wait=true for synchronous mode.

Failed tasks always report the generic error "Something went wrong, please try again!"; the underlying reason is logged server-side by task_id.
