Stream the original uploaded file for inline preview or download

Tenant-scoped like the sibling document routes: the profile must belong to the caller's active-company domain, and the upload must belong to that profile. When bytes were not retained the response is an honest 404 whose error_code lets the client switch to the extracted-text fallback without a broken viewer.
