Get Hyperliquid positions and risk state

Returns the agent's current positions, margin summary, equity, liquidation prices, and risk management state. Daily/weekly values are conservative loss-pressure metrics (rolling closed PnL minus absolute fill fees plus funding and negative current unrealized PnL only), not full period returns. Read-only lookup — no private key required.
