Download one AES67 send stream as a .sdp file

The same description as the endpoint above, served as application/sdp with a Content-Disposition filename so it can be saved and opened directly in VLC. The web UI builds its download from the JSON; this exists so a stream can be pulled with curl from the machine running the monitor.
