Removes the saved configuration for {interface} -- config/interface.<name> plus any static-lease file and cached wifi scan. The generated /etc/systemd/network/10-<name>.network is left in place for setupNetwork to reap (it already removes any file it no longer needs, and disables the matching `wpa_supplicant
