Privacy disclosure status for an installed plugin

What the operator accepted at install, what the next upgrade would land, and whether the two differ in a way that re-shows the install dialog. Reads the already-fetched upstream tip; call POST /plugin/{RepoName}/updates first to fetch. ?target=reinstall diffs the block a Reinstall would land (the versions[] branch and pin selected for this FPP) instead of the one …/upgrade would (origin/<checked-out branch>), and adds reinstallTarget: {branch, sha}, the server's choice, for the page to post.
