Get the SDP session descriptions for the configured AES67 send streams

Returns one entry per send instance, each carrying the RFC 4566 session description fppd is announcing for it. Intended for handing a stream to a tool that cannot see FPP's SAP announcements -- Stream Monitor (https://aes67.app), VLC, or an analyser on another VLAN.
