fppd/ports

Get the current status of every output port (current draw, smart-receiver data, sensor readings, etc.). Each port only reports what its hardware can measure: "ma" is present only for ports with a current sensor, "status" only for ports with an eFuse, and "enabled" only for ports with an enable pin.
