List equipment on an estate (nested route)

Lists the equipment attached to an estate, reached through its parent place.

This is the hierarchical twin of GET /equipment/estates/{estate_id}/equipment; both return the same junctions. Prefer this one when you already hold the place_id and want the place membership enforced.
