Finalize amendment signature

Finalize the electronic signature process after all parties have signed.

Prerequisites:

  • Amendment must be in PENDING_SIGNATURE status

Flow:

  1. Updates DocumentSignature status to COMPLETED
  2. Stores the signed PDF URL
  3. Transitions amendment to SIGNED
  4. Creates a SIGNED_COPY amendment document record
