List sent emails
List the emails your company sent through the platform, newest first (invoices, quotes, pro formas, delivery notes, reminders).
- status describes the hand-off to the outgoing SMTP server, not real delivery.
- sent does not mean the recipient received it.
Request
- Base URL: https://api.factuarea.com/v1
- URL: https://api.factuarea.com/v1/companies/{company}/emails
- Auth: one of:
- HTTP bearer
- API key in header X-API-Key
Path parameters
Public identifier (UUID v7) of the company. Get it from GET /v1/me (data.scope[].id).
Query parameters
Delivery status to filter by (queued, sending, sent, failed). Reflects hand-off to the outgoing SMTP server, not real inbox delivery.
Exact recipient address to filter by. For partial matches use search.
UUID v7 of the related document. Accepted without related_entity_type.
Optional document type that narrows the resolution of related_entity_id.
Inclusive lower bound of created_at (ISO 8601).
Inclusive upper bound of created_at (ISO 8601).
Partial, case-insensitive match against the subject and the recipient.
Number of emails to return, between 1 and 100 (default 25).
Cursor for forward pagination: the next_cursor of the previous page, an opaque numeric string (not a UUID v7). A malformed cursor returns 400.
Headers
Pin the API version (YYYY-MM-DD, Stripe-style date versioning) for this request; omit to use the key's pinned version, or the latest if none. Unsupported version → 400 unsupported_api_version; malformed → 400 parameter_invalid_format. The effective version is echoed in the Factuarea-Version response header. See the Versioning guide.
