Retrieve employee seat billing status

Return the billing status of the per-employee add-on: quantity billed, active employees and recurring per-seat cost with VAT.

  • Amounts are null when not resolvable, never a misleading 0.
  • subscribed: false with seats_billable: true and active employees is a billing anomaly.
  • 403 billing_managed_by_provider when the provider manages billing.
