Shared Charts

Create a share-chart

Persist a chart behind a stable /share-chart/<share_id> link. Requires authentication — the caller is recorded as the owner so the chart is editable, and so creation can't be looped anonymously to fill the DB. (Legacy anonymous blob charts predate this and are read via fallback.)
