TenantMixin (scopé par FK `integration_id`). `Integration.organization_id`
est une property (stockée dans credentials chiffrés), donc le
tenant_filter listener ne s'applique pas. Vérif manuelle du tenant
via la property avant de supprimer (anti-IDOR cross-tenant).
