Endpoint public webhook (Shopify/WooCommerce/etc.).

PAS d'auth JWT — vérification HMAC à la place. Handler retourne 200
immédiatement après log + parse + (Lot 4) enqueue Celery task pour
cascade async (order → SalesOrder + invoice + JE VT).

URL : POST /api/v1/ecommerce/webhooks/shopify/<store_id>
Headers attendus (Shopify) :
  - X-Shopify-Hmac-Sha256 : HMAC base64 du body
  - X-Shopify-Topic : orders/create, etc.
  - X-Shopify-Webhook-Id : event UUID (pour idempotency)
