Fix BUG-COMP-002 : `AsyncResult(task_id)` peut planter si le backend
Celery n'est pas configure (ou pas joignable) ou si le `task_id` n'est
pas un UUID valide. On valide le format puis on encapsule la lecture
d'etat dans un try/except pour repondre proprement.
