Returns:
- 200 with redemption details on success
- 400 with `detail` for invalid / expired / already-used codes
- 409 with `detail` + `extensions.{paid, used, org_id}` if the key is a
  team_plan and the target org has no free seat — the activation page
  uses these counts to render an actionable error.
