Drain the company funding-enrichment backlog with Perplexity (web-sourced, cited). Replaces CoreSignal as the funding source for the Founder Leaderboards. No-ops gracefully if PERPLEXITY_API_KEY is unset. ?all=1 backfills every company; ?limit=N bounds the batch; ?sync=1 waits for completion.
