Pricing Config

Public PayG pricing + offer constants for the landing/payment UI.

Source of truth: api/app_auto_gtm/billing.py + card_trial.py + projections.py. Re-exported here so the Next.js Server Component can fetch the full offer config (price per email, trial credit, daily-budget bounds, forecast rates, "what's included" copy) at SSR time without round-tripping back to the main explee API.
