Get Inbox Thread

Return the full outbound+inbound thread for one contact.

The contact object gains sender_name / lead_name (same as the contacts list). Each outbound message gains sender_name resolved from the TTL cache; inbound messages get sender_name=null (the frontend uses the contact name instead).
