Sync Events
Mirror real conversion events (anl_event + outreach replies) into ab_event for enrolled subjects. The mirror runs in the BACKGROUND (the prod anl_event scan is heavy and would blow the HTTP timeout); it's idempotent, so a re-trigger resumes. Poll experiment results for progress.
