Websocket Rooms

Get list of active rooms and their subscriber counts.

Signed-read only. Room names carry identities — user:<wallet> for every connected account — so an open route here let anyone enumerate who is online right now (verified against production 2026-08-03: HTTP 200 listing a connected bot's user: room and global). The API reference already documented this as authenticated; only the dependency was absent.
