Task Channel Public

The channel funding this task, as a reader may see it. No credentials.

404 rather than 503 when switched off - the same shape the router gating uses for EM_PAYSHELL_ENABLED, so "off" reads identically at both layers instead of leaking that the surface exists but is closed.

The money, in three fields (USD, summed over every channel of the task):

• billed_usdc - what the task was billed. It is what the meter saw in vouchers, except that a SETTLED channel never counts less than what the chain says it distributed.
• billed_source - meter or chain: which of the two billed_usdc came from. chain means at least one settled channel distributed more than the meter saw.
• settled_usdc - what the settlement transactions distributed, according to the chain. null when no settled channel names it, never 0 for "unknown".

settled_exceeds_deposit is true when a settled channel distributed more than the deposit_uusdc EM read when it was declared (a later topUp, or two chain readings that disagree), false when every total fits its recorded deposit, and null when none could be compared.

distribution_hash is the split commitment read from the channel account on-chain when the channel was declared.
