Update Exam Pdf Options

Update PDF formatting options for a specific exam and automatically save as teacher preferences.

Note: Teacher global preferences are only updated if the teacher is the actual owner of the exam, not when accessing a shared exam. This prevents contamination of personal preferences with shared exam settings.

A finished school year does not close this one: the layout describes the printout the teacher is making today, not what the class was given that year. The sujet, the corrigé, the titre and the niveau stay frozen.
