Matières available to the current user.

• A teacher teaches exactly one matière (their account subject).
• A collège/lycée student (and an admin) has EVERY matière: availability, not history — the pill is how they discover physique-chimie.
• A prépa keeps the content-based rule (their classes and sessions), which today means maths only.
