Revoke Assignment Share

Stop every copy link of this devoir (EXC-1099). Same access rule as creating one (POST /share): the devoir's owner, the teacher of its class for a devoir with no teacher_id, or an admin; anyone else gets 404. Idempotent: revoking a devoir with no live link succeeds too. No screen calls it yet.
