Get Course Quiz

Get the knowledge quiz for a course (without answers). If attempt_id is provided, returns questions resolved with that attempt's random variation selections and order: the questions it was started with (EXC-416). Otherwise, only the questions the student's knowledge-check bookmark unlocks now, in the deck's order; none when the student cannot open the course.
