Get Validation Exercises For Subchapitre

Returns all HolidayCourseExercises linked to the specified sub_chapitre_id, including their default status and the current student's attempt status (passed/failed/not_attempted) for each. Uses aggregation pipeline to prevent N+1 query memory leaks.
