Save Feedback Reply Draft
Leave a reply draft in the feedback's composer (EXC-833). Nothing is sent: the admin reads it on the page, edits it, and sends it or not.
This is how a draft written outside the page (the assistant through the admin MCP connector) reaches the inbox. One draft per feedback, replaced whole; an empty message clears it.
