Labor lawsuits certificate — TRT10 (Federal District and Tocantins)

Issues the electronic labor lawsuits certificate (Certidão Eletrônica de Ações Trabalhistas) of the Tribunal Regional do Trabalho da 10ª Região (TRT10, Federal District and Tocantins) for a CPF or CNPJ.

Source: certificate portal of the TRT10: https://pje.trt10.jus.br/certidoes.

Returns: the situation found, verification code, issue date, document searched and court.

Execution: synchronous, tens of seconds; generates the certificate PDF.

Note:

  • For a CNPJ, the certificate is issued for the CNPJ root and covers all the company's establishments.
  • Covers labor lawsuits at the TRT10 only; it is not the Certidão Negativa de Débitos Trabalhistas (/tst/certidao-negativa-debitos-trabalhistas).
  • To read the result, use Situacao: NAO CONSTAM = nothing found, CONSTAM = lawsuits found.

CNPJ of the company, 14 characters, with or without mask (alphanumeric CNPJ accepted). E.g.: 11222333000181. Send cpf or cnpj. The certificate is issued for the CNPJ root (first 8 characters).
