Companies declared unfit to bid — TCU

Tells whether a company (CNPJ) was declared unfit to bid (inidônea) in federal public procurement by the Tribunal de Contas da União (TCU, the Federal Court of Accounts).

Source: TCU list of companies declared unfit to bid (licitantes inidôneos); the query reads a periodically updated copy of the list.

Returns: the number of occurrences, the earliest date a declaration became final, the latest end date of the declarations and, for each occurrence, the company name, state, case number, ruling, decision dates and end date.

Execution: synchronous; no PDF.

Note:

  • Nothing found is a success (code 1) with NumeroOcorrencias equal to 0. The company is currently unfit while InabilitadoAte is in the future.
  • Accepts alphanumeric CNPJ.
