Environmental embargo certificate — IBAMA

Issues IBAMA's certificate of embargoed areas (Certidão de Embargo) for a company or a person.

Source: IBAMA public environmental enforcement portal, queried at the time of the request: https://aie-consultapublica.ibama.gov.br/home.

Returns: the verdict in NadaConsta (true: not on IBAMA's embargo list; false: embargoes on record, also flagged in ExistePendenciaEmbargo), plus certificate number, dates, holder and document and, when the certificate lists them, the address and the embargoes.

Execution: synchronous; generates a PDF.

Note: When nothing is on record, IBAMA issues no certificate number: NumeroCertidao, EmitidoEm and ValidaAte come empty and Data carries the query date.
