Get unit usage stats for the authenticated organization

Returns the current compute-weighted unit usage for the rolling minute and hour windows. Use this endpoint to drive in-app usage meters or to gate behaviour as the organization approaches its rate limits.

The organization's unit usage snapshot: minute/hour, each with used and limit.
