Get Board Call

The caller's call whose board this is, as GET /calls/{call_id} has it: the web app opens a call's board on the call's page. 404 for a board that is no call of the caller's (another kind of board, or a teammate's call). With market and product: where Market Intel and the product context took the call (see _market, _product), which the page links to.
