Case-insensitive match against any recipient.

Repeatable. category:password_reset matches that exact pair; a bare category matches any email carrying the tag. Several are ANDed.

A page of emails.

next_cursorstring uuid nullable required

Pass as cursor to fetch the next page. Null on the last page.
