Full prefix-aware domain probe matrix per the Indie Naming Engine bible. 6 TLDs × (1 exact + 5 prefixes) = 36 RDAP probes. Returns the matrix + the best-available cell scored by DQ.

prefixes / tlds overrides aren't plumbed into services.availability.prefix_probes.probe_full directly — we filter the full matrix client-side so callers can scope without changing the underlying probe contract.
