AI tokens an App spent (v2, tenant actor)

Model tokens charged to the App from the daily ledger: agent replies, the smart gate, heartbeat turns, flow answers, the agent reply API, and the embeddings for Web Index pages, uploaded documents and knowledge search. from/to are UTC days, to exclusive; the default is the current month to date. monthToDate is always included.
