Get the partner's default pentest duration

Return the default pentest duration for the caller's partner.

Restricted to integrators (the get_integrator_partner_id dependency resolves and validates the owning partner). The value comes from the partner's active subscription.

Args: db (AsyncSession): Request-scoped database session. context (ActiveContext): Resolved caller identity and scope. partner_id (int): The integrator's resolved partner id.

Returns: DefaultPentestDurationResponse: The configured default duration and whether the integrator may change it.
