Current authenticated identity

Return the caller's identity profile.

Resolves the caller's own users row by actor id; 404 when the caller has no backing user row (e.g. machine/system actors).

Args: db (AsyncSession): Request-scoped database session. context (ActiveContext): Resolved caller identity and scope.

Returns: UserResponse: The authenticated user's public profile.
