Link Wallet

Links the wallet whose code (or 12-word phrase) is in X-Wallet-Code — the code is the proof it is the caller's, as it is everywhere else. The wallet goes on working with the code alone, and the account keeps the code, encrypted, to show it back to its owner against the password. Linking a wallet already on this account keeps its code again.
