Start a target validation

Validates that a target (asset) is reachable and in scope without running a full scan. The asset type determines the validation workflow (DNS, IP, range, REST, GraphQL, webapp). Poll GET /validations/{id} until status is FINISHED, FAILED, or CANCELED.
