Update a continuous pentest

Edit the watched repositories and the cadence of an enabled continuous pentest. Omitted fields are left unchanged. Refuses a disabled setup: re-enable it instead.

SCHEDULED plans a cron. CI and MERGE do not. Any other value is refused.

When the schedule becomes active (ISO 8601). Defaults to now.
