Background/Cron Auto-Sync All Authorized Calendars

Automated background worker endpoint (triggered by deployment, cron, or admin). Iterates through all users who connected Google Calendar and updates their rolling 6-month horizons. Respects the 7-day rolling cadence guard by default.
