Reweight Consensus

Recompute the consensus model estimate under user-supplied method weights.

Reuses compute_consensus_valuation(weights_override=...) so the returned number is the canonical engine estimate. The engine normalizes the weights and falls back to an equal-weight blend when their sum is zero.
