Send a LinkedIn CAPI conversion event.

Accepts: { "event_type": "SIGN_UP", "email": "user@example.com", "metadata": {} }

The email is SHA-256 hashed inside the service before transmission. metadata keys may include: first_name, last_name, linkedin_id, amount, currencyCode.
