Subscribe

Add an email to the marketing subscriber list.

Optional first-touch attribution (channel/utm_*/referrer, from the client's stored er_attr record) is persisted so lead yield is reportable per acquisition channel. Keys are only included when non-empty, so a repeat subscribe without attribution never clobbers the original first touch.
