Get Multiple History

Derived trailing P/E, EV/EBITDA, P/S, and P/B history for symbol, read from the persisted multiple_history table.

A cold symbol (zero persisted rows) returns 200 with status: "computing" and next_refresh: "overnight prefetch" — never a 500, and never a live outbound data-provider call from this request path. A symbol's series is warmed exclusively by the overnight prefetch service, never by this route.
